Although he performs most of the work on his own, he brings in subs and specialty trades as needed for each project. Chad did a complete renovation and partial remodel on our home. He has the tools and knowledge to efficiently complete any project, no matter what complications arise during the process. We now have a wonderful remodeled kitchen, two new rooms, a new shower, closets, flooring and steps. It took a little longer because he did most of the work alone and Covid regulations didn’t help. I would recommend CAP Construction to those who want quality craftsmanship for their home.
